Tim is a degree-qualified Civil Engineer with a PhD in Steel Structures, is RPEQ and CPEng certified, and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Tim has +35 years’ experience in asset management, engineering, consulting and research including development, design and construction projects, and optimisation of asset portfolios for the civil infrastructure (roads and bridges), and the base metals and heavy minerals mining and processing sectors. Tim has held multiple key consulting, project management and operational leadership roles for the likes of the Australian Road Research Board, TMR (Bridges), Cardno, Consulmet, SKM, Bateman Engineering, and more.

Cam is a degree-qualified Mechanical Engineer, RPEQ and CPEng. Cam has a wealth of business leadership, consulting and project management experience, including +30 years on high-value engineering design and construction projects and operational processing facilities in the upstream oil and gas, mining, refining, and manufacturing sectors. This includes ~10 years at RTA’s Gove Alumina Refinery, 5 years on CSG gathering and trunkline construction projects, several years on process improvements and capital projects in the manufacturing sector, and several years in copper mining and processing, including design and assessment of mechanical and materials handling systems and equipment.

With more than 28 years of experience in both Civil and Structural Engineering. Neal brings a wealth of experience in all aspects of infrastructure asset management including, strategic planning, infrastructure strategy, performance, design, assessment, testing, material repair, inspection, research, and access management. Neal also has extensive experience in heavy industrial/mining/port facility design, assessment, upgrade, and repair across industries such as coal, iron ore and alumina. In 2001 Neal gained his PhD in the field of bridge evaluation, health monitoring and life extension, and has extensive experience in the use of data acquisition equipment and large volume data analysis. Neal authored the Local Government Best Practice Guide to Bridge Management which has been downloaded over 1200 times by local authorities in Australia and has been well received
Over the last 15 years Neal has been involved in the delivery of the majority of the Austroads program related to bridges with many Austroads publications to his name and with many contributions to the Australian Standards. Of note are six Austroads publications in the areas of heavy vehicle access assessment and bridge assessment. Neal has also been extensively involved in the NaCoE research program in Queensland, publishing many reports related to the assessment and management of bridges and culverts.
Joshua Seskis

Joshua Seskis is an RPEQ structural engineer with 12 years' experience in the inspection and management of structural roading assets. The experience extends to personally conducting routine, condition, emergency, and post disaster event inspections and engineering investigations. He has provided direct support and guidance to state manuals including providing training for per-qualification of VicRoads inspector.
Josh has authored serveral Austroads guides on the topics of heavy vehicles access to structures, assessment of bridges, and managment of roading assets. Josh is the current IPWEA training for Level 1 and Level 2 inspection courses.

Arkadius Feininger is and RPEQ civil engineer. Since starting in the civil, commercial and residential construction industry in 1983, Arkadius has worked on a range of projects including construction and maintenance projects in Germany and Australia, including electronic traffic control systems, waste water treatment plants, railways, road works and water, sewer, gas and telecoms services. Arkadius has also worked on a wide range of residential, commercial and industrial subdivisions, as well as feedlot extensions, and dam and flood assessments.
